Because confidence isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you are.
When you stop chasing who you think you should be, you make space for who you truly are, and that’s where your confidence lives.
I didn’t set out to become a coach—life nudged me here.
After experiencing a couple of major losses, I was confronted with the ugly truth that life is painfully short. I know that’s not rocket science but it made me ask myself tough questions. Am I really living the life I want? Am I using my gifts in a way that matters?
I’d always known that I wanted to help people live fuller, braver lives, but losing my mother and older brother was my wake-up call.
When I discovered professional coaching, something inside me clicked. I realized this was the career I’d been preparing for all along. It’s one that lets me combine my intuition, sensitivity, humor, and communication expertise to help women see themselves clearly and stand tall in their worth.

The Heart behind Allegrativity coaching
Over the years, I’ve worked in leadership roles at organizations like Intel, Mayo Clinic, General Mills, and BASF. These are all environments where women, especially quiet women, often go unseen. I know first-hand what it feels like to be overlooked or underestimated, even while delivering excellence.
Through those experiences, I learned that the most damaging thing isn’t external, it’s the internal voice that starts to whisper, “Maybe they’re right”.
My mission is to help women silence that lie and reconnect with the truth: you are already capable, valuable, and more than enough.

my coaching philosophy
I believe the most painful decisions (the ones that keep us stuck, small, or stressed) come from disconnection. We get disconnected from our values, our real desires, and our confidence. When we lose touch with who we really are, it becomes difficult to make choices that honor us.
My coaching helps women rebuild that connection. Together, we develop the awareness, language, and self-trust needed to move forward with confidence and courage. It’s not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

the transformation i want for every client
When women finish working with me, I want them to walk away knowing they can handle anything that comes their way. I want them to look back on their history and see evidence of their strength and brilliance, not through someone else’s lens, but their own.
My clients leave with a new vocabulary for self-belief, a sense of calm authority, and the confidence to lead — not louder, but truer.
This isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about finally seeing yourself — your strength, your brilliance, your resilience — with the same compassion and confidence you’ve always offered everyone else.
If you’re feeling that quiet nudge that says it’s time to do something for you — to feel grounded, capable, and sure of your own power — I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s start the conversation.
