Clarity is the Secret Ingredient for Success

Many of us search high and low for happiness and success. Today’s guest believes that clarity is the secret ingredient for career success and she makes a compelling case. In this episode of podcast I welcome Tamala Huntley from TamalaHuntley.com.

Tamala is a powerful and energetic entrepreneur whose viewpoint on simplicity, focus and clarity are so good you will want to eat her words. She creates WordPress websites and helps life and wellness professionals with the techie stuff. I’m delighted that she took time out of her busy schedule and planned move out of the country(!) to visit with me.

Grab a mug of your favorite beverage and listen in while she shares some great ‘Tamalisms’ that you can apply to your life today.

Tamala’s commitment to living a simple, peaceful, happy life centered on accepting who she is and what she really wants, is changing her life and the lives of those around her. She surrounds herself with the right people who encourage and lift her higher. She is becoming an expert at building on past successes to power her past fear and obstacles in her new adventures.

While she still has fears, she welcomes the opportunity to keep punching them in the throat while she applies her systems to getting work done in a way that doesn’t make it ‘a job’.

Her upcoming move has been four years in the making and is a great demonstration of breaking a huge goal into bite-sized chunks and celebrating the mini victories along the way. This process helps her view any temporary sacrifices as no big deal, as she reorders her life and priorities for deeper success.

In today’s podcast you will learn:

  • How to recognize and remove upper limits
  • How clarity is super powerful and builds on itself
  • Why sharing big goals is critical for accountability and momentum
  • Why it’s important to share your brownies

I can’t wait to hear what you think! Which of the Tamalisms are you going to put into practice today? I am living for these:

There are people who need what you have, no matter how small or insignificant you may think it is.  ~ Tamala Huntley Click to Tweet You don't have to work for someone else's definition of success.
